These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mcpautomation.io and any software purchased from MCP Automation ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a product you agree to these Terms.
1. The product
We sell licenses to use our Expert Advisor software ("Software") on the MetaTrader 5 platform. The Software is a tool that executes a trading strategy under parameters you configure. It is not investment advice, a signal service, or account management.
2. License grant
Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run the Software on one (1) MT5 trading account at a time, for the license term shown at purchase (lifetime unless otherwise stated). You may rebind the licensed account number in your client portal. You may not resell, sublicense, share, decompile, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Software or your license key.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your portal credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate contact details — license and security notices are sent to your registered email.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Software in violation of your broker's or prop firm's terms, use it for latency/arbitrage exploitation of demo servers, or attempt to circumvent license validation. We may suspend licenses involved in fraud, chargebacks or violations of these Terms.
5. Payments and renewals
Prices are shown at checkout in USD. Licenses do not auto-renew; renewal is a new purchase you choose to make. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Updates and support
Your license includes Software updates published during your term and ticket-based support with a target response of one business day. We may add, change or retire features in updates.
7. Disclaimers
Trading involves substantial risk of loss — see our Risk Disclosure. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR THAT IT WILL BE PROFITABLE, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, configuration and results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of these Terms or the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may terminate a license for material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Software at any time; fees already paid are handled per the Refund Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page and, for clients, in the portal. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
