Trading risk
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs and related instruments on margin carries a high level of risk. Leverage works against you as well as for you. You can lose substantially more than you anticipate, and in some account types more than you deposit. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
No performance guarantee
Automated software executes a strategy; it does not guarantee profits. Any performance figures we publish — backtests or live records — describe the past. Past performance, whether actual or simulated, is not indicative of future results. Simulated results in particular have inherent limitations: they are prepared with hindsight and do not reflect the impact of every real market condition (liquidity gaps, requotes, variable slippage, server outages).
Drawdown protection is a control, not a guarantee
The equity guardian in our software issues closing orders when configured limits are reached. In extreme conditions — price gaps, frozen quotes, broker/server outages, or connection loss between your terminal and broker — positions may close at worse prices than the configured limit, or closing may be delayed. Always configure EA limits with a buffer below any hard rule your prop firm enforces, and understand your firm's measurement basis.
Not investment advice
MCP Automation provides software tools and education only. Nothing on this site is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to trade. We are not a broker, asset manager or financial advisor, and we never handle your trading capital. Consider your objectives and experience, and seek independent advice if needed.
Third parties
Your relationship with your broker or prop firm is your own. Verify that automated trading is permitted under their terms before using any EA.
