All sales are final. MCP Automation does not offer refunds.

Our products are licensed digital software delivered instantly. The moment your license key is issued you hold a working copy that cannot be returned, so every purchase — including renewals and crypto (USDT) payments — is final and non-refundable. Please review the product page, documentation and Risk Disclosure, and ask us anything you're unsure about before you buy.

No refunds — but we do stand behind the software

"No refunds" does not mean "no support." If the Software fails to operate as documented, open a support ticket within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right — through updates, configuration help, a replacement license or a term extension as appropriate. Delivering you a working product is our commitment; a cash refund is not part of it.

What is never grounds for a refund

  • Trading losses, or the strategy performing differently from a backtest or from your expectations.
  • Changing your mind, an accidental purchase, or simply no longer wanting the product.
  • Broker-side issues: symbol naming, filling policies, spreads, slippage or platform restrictions we don't control.
  • Misconfiguration contrary to the documentation (we'll still help you fix it).
  • Your prop firm disallowing EAs — verify their rules before purchase.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Contact support before disputing a charge — we resolve genuine issues faster than any bank dispute process. Because our products are licensed digital software delivered instantly, a chargeback does not return the delivered goods.

  • Filing a dispute or chargeback without first contacting us is a breach of these terms. It results in immediate and permanent revocation of every license on your account and a block on future purchases.
  • When you open an account you tick a box accepting these terms; we record the date, time and IP address of that acceptance, together with your order, delivery and license-validation records. We submit this evidence to the card network, bank or processor to contest disputes we believe are illegitimate.
  • Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks (disputing a charge for software you received and used) may be referred to the payment processor's fraud team and, where warranted, to a debt-recovery agent. You remain liable for the amount owed plus any dispute fees.
  • Crypto (USDT) payments are final and irreversible by nature; the fault-resolution promise above still applies to genuine technical faults.

Statutory rights

This policy does not remove rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country. Where such law grants a remedy that cannot be excluded for digital goods, we honour it. Outside those non-waivable rights, all sales are final and no refunds are issued.

Questions before you buy

Because purchases are final, ask first — open a ticket in your client portal or email support@mcpautomation.io and we'll answer before you order.
