Questions
How fast do I get it?
Servers are provisioned by hand, so allow up to 12 hours. Your credentials appear in your client portal under Forex VPS, and we email you when it is ready.
Does it renew automatically?
No. You pay for the months you want up front and nothing charges your card again. We remind you before the term ends so you can decide.
Can I install my own software?
Yes. You get full Administrator access over Remote Desktop — MetaTrader 4 and 5, indicators, Excel, anything that runs on Windows Server.
Which datacenter should I pick?
The one nearest your broker's trade server. Most MT4/MT5 brokers host in London, Amsterdam or New York, so Amsterdam suits the majority. Tell us at checkout and we will place it there.
Is MetaTrader preinstalled?
No — brokers ship their own MT4/MT5 build, so we hand you a clean Windows machine and you install your broker's terminal. It takes about five minutes; our installation guide walks through it.
Do I need this if my broker offers a free VPS?
Probably not. RoboForex, for example, gives qualifying clients a free Forex VPS — if you meet their deposit or volume conditions, use it. This is for traders who do not want to move brokers to get one.
What if it goes down?
Open a support ticket and we chase it with the datacenter. Uptime is the datacenter's, not ours — we are honest about that rather than printing an SLA we cannot personally guarantee.
Can I get a refund?
Within 48 hours of handover, if the machine does not work as described, yes. After that the month is spent — the server is already paid for upstream.
